HOW DOES THE TRAINING GO?

AT BODY BALANCE ROTTERDAM?

Body Balance Personal Training works on the basis of a three-month program, which consists of three different phases of one month. Each phase emphasizes something different for the best results.

POWER SUPPLY

Eating and drinking well helps you become healthier and fitter. And ensures that you achieve your specific goal faster. We are therefore happy to support you in making the right choices regarding nutrition. You will receive a number of important nutritional tips from us that will help you achieve your goal.

THE TRAININGS

To work! The training program lasts 3 months and is tailored to your goals. Your personal trainer knows exactly what level you are at and tailors every training to you. A workout lasts 30 minutes and that's just right. You will see that you will make rapid progress with just 2 x 30 minutes per week.

EVALUATION

We measure your progress once a month and reflect on your progress. If necessary, we adjust the training program. We would also like to hear how you think things are going. Are you satisfied? Then this is us too. Do you have feedback? Please do not hesitate to discuss this with us. We are happy to listen to you.

After 12 weeks of intensive training together, we discuss the results and evaluate the training program. We certainly hope that you are satisfied. Are you enthusiastic and would you like to continue? Together with your personal trainer you decide how you want to implement this.

  • What is the difference between a junior, an advanced and a senior personal trainer?

    All our trainers are certified and qualified in the field of personal training. The difference is in the number of years of practical experience. Our junior personal trainers have all the necessary knowledge, but are not yet experienced in the field of personal training. Our advanced trainers have several years of work experience and our senior personal trainers are seasoned trainers with extensive work experience.

  • Is a nutrition plan included?

    No, but we do support you in making the right choices regarding nutrition. You will receive a number of important nutritional tips from us that will help you achieve your goal.

  • Can I also start training if I have no sports experience?

    Our experienced trainers will guide you to perform the exercises correctly. All exercises are adapted to your level. One-on-one is the perfect way to start exercising.

  • Am I immediately committed to a subscription?

  • How is my progress tracked?

    At BBPT we have monthly measurement moments. The circumference of seven points is then measured in centimeters. This way we can record and monitor your progress.
